NASA has announced that the Psyche asteroid mission will not make its planned 2022 launch attempt. The map, to be released in batches over six months, covers most of the planet, revealing dozens of minerals found on the surface.

NASA continues the mission of the Juno spacecraft at Jupiter, with a fly-by of Europa planned for 29 September 2022. In Mars exploration, the European Space Agency (ESA) had partnered with Roscosmos to launch the Rosalind Franklin rover using the Kazachok lander as part of ExoMars 2022.

Moon 2024. In the half-century since people visited the Moon, NASA has continued to push the boundaries of knowledge to deliver on the promise of American ingenuity and leadership in space. And NASA will continue that work by moving forward to the Moon with astronauts landing on the lunar South Pole by 2024.
